To register or request an absentee ballot go to: https://myvote.wi.gov

Voter Instructions

All voters must sign the poll list.

All voters must present photo ID to vote both at the polls and to vote absentee.

It is a Wisconsin Law that each voter be registered.

To register, you need to complete an EL-131 form.

These forms, information and instructions are available on the Wisconsin Elections Commission website, www.elections.wi.gov or they are available from the Town Clerk.

The following are some of the acceptable documents for Proof of Residency:

  1. Current & valid Wisconsin driver license
  2. Current & valid Wisconsin identification card
  3. Real estate tax bill
  4. Utility bill
  5. Current bank statement or current pay check
  6. Government check or document

Absentee Voting Information

If you are unable or unwilling to appear at the polling place on election day, you may request an absentee ballot.

Photo ID must accompany your ballot request.

This request must be made in writing on an Absentee Ballot Application.

These are available from the Wisconsin Elections Commission website, www.elections.wi.gov, from the Town Clerk/Treasurer, or online at MyVote.wi.gov.
